Then when my baby got older and solidly upright, I switched to the organic Ergo. Still use it for hikes! I had no idea some carriers had chemicals. Although, I am not surprised after learning that my nursing pillow was treated with flame retardant. I cried for 2 hours straight when I found out - just thinking about my precious newborn lying on it doing the most natural thing on earth - nursing. I loved my new native organic sling.
