Safe Alternatives for Baby and Child

Surprisingly enough, just because a manufacturer states that all toys are PVC-free, does NOT necessarily mean that the packaging they sit in and are brought into your home with are!

Take Tiny Love™ for example.  A respectable company with really cute products, but infant toys such as their play gyms are packaged in PVC!   Nothing like a toxic stink that can potentially leak right into materials under the right circumstances (such as a hot shipping container or other vehicle).

No studies have been done about how harmful PVC leaking into packages can be. We’ve noticed the smell absorbed from packaging in toys several times and are encouraging manufacturers to stop using PVC in  packaging for infant, baby and children toys.

PVC is a non recyclable plastic and does not only do harm to our children but to the workers who produce this kind of toxic plastic and environment.

Please join our petition which also is asking for a stop to PVC in our children’s toys too……
