SPF Swim Wear and Sports Wear for Babies, Toddlers and Kids

Simply put, I have not seen a single piece from the Snapper Rock UV50 Collection that I do not absolutely love!  We are not left surprised that Snapper Rock Swim Wear is sold only in the finest boutiques and stores around the world.  (But no worries, we have their link below!)

We live on an island and 96% of all of the little girls/toddlers I see on the beach  are wearing itsy bitsy, tiny weenie, cute-as-can-be bikinis.

There is no denying that they are cute, but I am always left thinking to myself how happy I am that I have the ability to greatly reduce my baby’s overall harmful sun exposure right now, while she is so young.

“Why not let her keep her precious and flawless skin as long as I can?” I think.

Well, thanks to Snapper Rock, my little one is looking incredibly stylish, outrageously adorable and can endlessly play in the outdoors without harming her new and beautiful skin.

Furthermore, she LOVES to wear her Snapper Rock wear when we are at the beach, the park, or playing in the yard.  I was astonished at how fast my little girl’s swim shorts dried after playing in the river and ocean.  The material is amazing.  Oh yeah, my daughter just loves that her swim shorts HAVE POCKETS!  She thinks that is the coolest.

We SAFbaby mama’s think the safe UV50 factor is pretty cool!

The colors that bring there pieces to life are fresh and vibrant, and the feel of their fabric is so incredibly soft.  I have never seen a swim suit material so luxurious to the touch!

Being a seamstress for many years I have a fine eye for quality.  I need to see stitches, seams and tension that are exceptional.  Again, Snapper Rock passes with FLYING COLORS!

There are so many reasons we SAFbaby mama’s use SPF beachwear for our toddlers.  Here are just a few:

1.  It is so much easier to “apply” then sunscreen

2.  Many sunscreens are loaded with chemicals, Snapper Rock’s SPF clothing is NOT

3.  Saving lots of money on sunscreen now too since we only typically use it on our kid’s faces

We were so blown away at the safety standards behind Snapper Rock’s textiles that we have to share the Q and A we had with them, with you!

Chemicals and SPF Clothing

Do you use Dyes containing Dioxin, Chrome, Copper and Zinc or Azo dyes group III A1 and A2?  Are they treated with fire retardants? Formaldehyde?  Anything to make them stain or wrinkle resistant?

We do not use an dyes containing any of those items and our garments are not treated with any fire retardants or formaldehyde.

A true UV50 fabric is designed specifically with these factors- Type/Quality of fabric, Density of the fabric & Tightness of the weave.

We are mom’s as well with children and all of our garments have New Zealand Certification for sun protection and safety.

We are really blown away by the integrity of your work.  Do you guarantee your quality?

We stand behind our product 100% and have had only 6 items returned in the last 5 1/2 years due to families washing them in chlorine, etc and/or a possible sewing defect.

We replaced all 6 items immediately and have an excellent customer service record with all of our stores.

As you can see from our final photo, Snapper Rock sports/sun protection clothing is functional, comfortable, protective, stylish and fun!  Got to love a great beach outfit you can really move in!  Cuz we all know how much our little ones love to go-go-go!

Snapper Rock’s line of SPF swim wear and clothing runs from newborn to big kid!  Sun protection is hot in this stylish and hip collection.  Check them out at:  www.SnapperRock.com

We hope your Spring and Summer adventures get you all in the great outdoors lots this year, and we hope you choose safe alternative measures to protect your little loves.  Look for clothing and sun screens that are chemical free!
