Are you a published author, professional or expert  and  would like to share your knowledge with our community? Do you have an article that pertains to keeping our children and our environment healthy? Are you a parent that has something important to share?

We welcome your insights! Here’s what you need to know:

• Article length: Please keep articles as short as you can. Keep in mind that our audience has a burning desire to learn what is best for the well being of their children, however their time is precious and sitting at the computer for too long is not their priority.
• Please Conclude With A Safe Alternative Tip (SAFbaby does stand for Safe Alternative For…)
  Articles need to offer a solution to any “problem” or health hazard stated. If a topic is concerning, please offer parents the reassurance that there is something they can do to make a difference, and tell them what that is. Please see how our previous posts do this. A parent should leave the article feeling good that they have valuable information to help them or guide them, not feeling like they are doomed.
• Original Content: We ask that posts submitted be unique and original to SAFbaby. We do not accept posts that have already been published elsewhere online or you plan to distribute on other websites. It is very possible that we will add our own introduction to your article, introducing you and giving our reasons why we feel that the information included is of value. We additionally may add Headers to your post but we will not change the context of your post.
• NO SEO-driven posts: Please don’t ask us to post articles based on driving SEO your way. We don’t want your money. We are seeking articles that come from people who are looking to contribute to the health and well being our children.
• Acceptance: Please note that we do not pay or compensate contributors for articles. We do not accept product reviews. We do happily honor each author by adding a short bio and link back to your website to further edify your work. This is a wonderful way to be introduced to a grand community of parents and caregivers worldwide.

Tips and Our Right To Edit

• Please proofread each submitter article completely. If you miss something, we will help.
• Keep paragraphs fairly short and to the point.
• Use references whenever you are referring to a specific study or research finding PLEASE.
• We do not fancy links out to other sources. We DO have a wealth of info right here on SAFbaby, so please check our site first and always link back to anything else we may have covered in the past that pertains to a possible link. We love that and it can be very helpful to our readers to find more info on something if they wish.
• Posts that are easy on the eyes do great! Add colorful photos that pertain if you have them (and only if you have permissions to use them).
• We may add Headers to your posts.
• If we change info inside of post it will be minimal and we will notify you of this before posting. Please get back to us as soon as you can with confirmation of our edits so that we can get the post out to our readers in as timely of a manner as possible.
• If your submitted article gets published live on SAFbaby, please share the great news with your audience (social media, newsletter, website, etc.)

If your expertise is of value to our community, and you have a submission that aligns with the above criteria, please fill out contact form below and we will get back to you within a few business days!

We would need the following information from you:

• Your article in a Text Edit format or other comparable format.
• All photos you may be adding, including bio photos must come as an attachment to your email.
• Your brief bio with a link to your website. Up to 120 words allowed for contributing authors, and up to 200 for SAFbaby “Experts”

Becoming A SAFbaby Expert

If your articles are well received and we feel that your contribution would benefit our readers greatly we may invite you as part of our SAFbaby panel of Experts!

This would mean we would ask you to contribute an article each month, based on your expertise, and we would use you as our “Expert” in that field, coming to you with any questions we may have regarding that topic first. You would be listed in our About Us page and given an appropriate title! This is a huge honor.
